This isn’t a project I ‘work on’ — it’s the mission that shaped my life. I wake up for it, I take it personally, and I’m not interested in shortcuts.

I’m the operator — the person who makes sure the vision doesn’t stay only in someone’s head. When the ideas get big and the pressure gets real, my job is to bring structure, execution, and operational calm.
I build systems that make A.D.D.I.C.T. work long-term: clear priorities, consistent output, and real accountability — so nobody burns out and nothing collapses when motivation drops.

My job is to communicate A.D.D.I.C.T. without hype. I don’t believe in manipulation, fake urgency, or empty promises, especially in a space where people already feel shame.
I focus on clarity: what we do, who it’s for, and why it works. Growth is important, but integrity is more important. If we ever have to lie to grow, we’re building the wrong thing.

I’m here as a senior advisor — perspective, critical feedback, and guidance when things get intense. My job is to challenge thinking, stress-test decisions, and keep A.D.D.I.C.T. aligned with its core values.
